Organisation Profile

The EHE Foundation is the leading global nonprofit advocacy and research organization dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE), an ultra-rare vascular cancer. We unite patients, researchers, clinicians, and industry to drive scientific progress, advance research, and improve the lives of people diagnosed with EHE. Through aggressive funding, strategic collaboration, and patient education, we accelerate research, empower those affected, and work toward finding treatments—and ultimately, a cure.

At The EHE Foundation, we take bold action to accelerate research and improve outcomes for people living with EHE. We seek out and fund cutting-edge science, forge strategic collaborations, and dedicate our time and resources to drive the discovery of effective treatments and a cure for EHE. Education and support are at the heart of our mission, fostering a strong, informed community of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and researchers. As advocates for people living with EHE around the world, we amplify patients’ voices, raise awareness, and stand up for policies that will advance rare cancer research and improve lives.

People diagnosed with EHE deserve proven treatment options and the opportunity to live free from pain and suffering. They deserve hope. As an unpredictable cancer with no standard treatment, EHE leaves many patients feeling isolated and uncertain about their future, often with poor health outcomes. Through our work, we are determined to transform EHE from a life-altering diagnosis into a treatable—and ultimately curable—disease. We will not stop until every person affected by EHE has the knowledge, resources, and medical breakthroughs they need to thrive.
